Offer for the preparation of the Forest-Management Plan

     The main activity of the firm is the elaboration of forest management plans and forest programmes. We also provide consulting and design services in the field of forestry and expert forest management.

The experience of the firm is based on many years of experience in the area of ​​forest management planning, preparation of forest management plans and forest management programmes, as well as the experience gained during the employment in the state administration of forests of the South Bohemian Regional Authority as the authorizing authority of Forest Management Plans (FMP).

In the preparation of FMP, our appraisal firm will address all of your needs - from the first to the last step, i.e.

• takeover of all documents for FMP,
• all negotiations related to FMP processing,
• submitting FMP data to the Information and Data Centre of the Forest Management Institute in Brandýs nad Labem for the purpose of inspection,
• submitting an application for exemption from the provisions of Act No. 289/1995 Coll., on Forests and Amendments to some Acts,
• submitting an application addressing the doubts whether the plots of land are classified as the Land Determined to Fulfil Forest Functions (PUPFL), including the procedures related to the administrative procedure,
• negotiations on the categorization of forests within the meaning of Sections 7 and 8 of the Act on Forests,
• negotiations in all administrative procedures, as well as other negotiations outside the scope of administrative procedures, for the issue of a binding opinion on the approval of the FMP, or the consent of the nature conservation body determining the forest management in the protection zone pursuant to Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape.

We will also provide and prepare the following for you:

• preparatory works, preparation of land ownership documents,
• property identification,
• outdoor surveying, data collection and digital data recording,
• drawing up forest maps,
• determination of the state of property,
• determination of the existing and target composition according to management sets,
• determination of stand volumes,
• comparison of individual management measures by individual groups,
• forward-looking study of forest property for the following four decennia
• two copies of management book with a register and area table,
• text part of the FMP,
• foliated afforestation maps and combined print of harvesting and typological map 2x1:10000,
• land map 1:10000 (unclear layout - 1:5000),
• overview map of the forest management unit,
• media with digital copy of data and graphics part of the FMP 2x,
• processing of documents for the application for categorization of forests and applications for recognition of genetically valuable stands,
• documents for submitting an application for subsidy for the preparation of forest management plans,
• approval of the forest management plan by the respective Regional Authority,
• continuous communication with the professional forest manager and the incorporation of requirements during the whole preparation of the plan,
• the guarantee of the work for the entire duration of the FMP - will be included in the contract.

The price bid is always based on the tender specifications and the scope of work on the forest management plan for 1 ha.

The offer price for your FMP is CZK 330 - 600,-.

The agreed price is valid for the entire duration of the realization until all the FMP related work is completed. It is the maximum permissible price and includes all the costs necessary to carry out the work. The price includes all the services listed in our firm.

    The amount of subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture for the preparation of forest management plans is CZK 300/ha. 

                 Our appraisal firm has the necessary surveying equipment for the preparation of forestry maps as well as for measuring stand volumes (ForestryPro, GPS, etc.). We use standard measuring instruments for the processing of data.

       Landscape data and measurements are processed in the Tax, Topol and Kopla software. The software used meets the requirements of the Act No. 289/1995 Coll on Forests, as well as its implementing regulations and meets the "Information standard" of the Ministry of Agriculture for the submission of application for subsidies for the preparation of forest management plans in digital form.
